CANCELLATION POLICY: We required 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours will be required to pay 50% of the services booked in order to continue to book other services with our business.

If a cancellation is made on the day of your schedule appointment or you don’t show, the full-service fee will be applied.

Gift Certificates and series may be used for cancellation. You can also notify us by clicking on Contact Us bottom(you must fill out the form and submit it to us or text 2015549510

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY- Gift Certificates expired a year after it was issued. Gift Certificates are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Gift cards must be present at the time of checkout in order to be redeemed.

GRATUITIES- Gratuities are accepted in cash only. If you were happy with your service, it is customary to give 15-20% of the menu price in gratuity to your therapist.

PAYMENT METHODS- We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards.

COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS. Limit one discount or coupon per person. You can pick the coupon that give you the highest discount.

BOOKING POLICY: To avoid dissapointment it is advisable to book your appointments 2 weeks in advance. For those of your restricted to evening and weekend appointments we would recommend 3 weeks in advance to ensure that you get the time you require.
